If you have received the wrong item, or if it is faulty or damaged, we’re terribly sorry. In this case, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us by post within 7 days. The shipping charge will be paid by the customer. We will issue a full refund, provided the item returned complies with the following conditions:
The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition; we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is in unsuitable condition, worn, stained or has been washed.
When trying the item on, please be extra careful if wearing makeup or fragrance that could stain or perfume the item.
The item must be returned with the paper tag still attached. We will not accept a garment without the tag.
All orders can be returned by post. To return your item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll send you a return form and let you know the address you can send it back to.
We will email you to let you know once your return parcel has been received and your refund is completed. Please hold on to your postage receipt and tracking number.
We are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
Once the items have been received, you will either receive a full refund (excluding shipping cost).
NOTE: International customers wishing to return an item should follow the same instructions as European returns: make sure you place a copy of the original order confirmation (or invoice) inside the parcel, and write 'UK RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the parcel. Gold is not responsible for international returns that have not been sent as per our instructions for return, for parcels which are held or delayed by customs, or for returns of which we are unaware.
International customers: please be aware that customs and import duties, taxes and/or fees may be payable, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Gold is NOT responsible for the VAT, duties and/or any other taxes applied by the local customs authority, and we cannot predict the charges that may incur for each shipment. This means it is the customer's responsibility to verify on his own if any charges are payable upon delivery. If your order is subject to any of these charges, they must be paid in full by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Please, remember the goods are your responsibility until they get back to us, so make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. We are not responsible for any items that may be returned to us by mistake either.

You might find the colour of the items sometimes differ from your computer/phone to reality. We try to represent each piece as accurately as possible, however the limitations of colour reproduction and the brightness of your screen might make a slight change.
All sizes are based on UK standard sizes. However, each body type being different, the sizes will always be approximate.
In the instance that your order is approved but any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you immediately by e-mail to arrange a full refund.
All customers must be over 18 years of age.
All customers must have been issued with either a valid credit card or a valid PayPal account.
Once you have pressed the "Add to Cart" button, and went on to process the order, you will be asked to enter the following information:

-Email address / Phone number
This information will not be shared. However we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
You will then complete the order and receive an email of confirmation. The next email we will send you is to inform you your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect already processed orders.
In case of an obvious pricing mistake on our part, we are under no obligation to accept your order.
We accept credit or debit card payments, and PayPal payments.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card does not authorize payment, you will be notified of this immediately during checkout.
